At Mac Duggal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your dress is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date provided all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack the Garment

  Carefully place the unworn item with all original designer tags still attached into the original shipping box and seal it securely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
